Jenifer is a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and gained her degree in Physiotherapy at Keele University in 2010. Jenifer progressed from physiotherapist to physiotherapy manager whilst working in the NHS and private sector. Following the birth of her son and experiencing postnatal recovery , Jenifer moved into pelvic health physiotherapy and specialised in treating ante natal and postnatal women and those with pelvic floor dysfunction. Post graduate learning and special interests have included post natal rehabilitation, scar therapy and  urinary incontinence. Jenifer is a member of HCPC, CSP and POGP, and also a Mummy MOT Practitioner.

Jenifer is passionate about her work and has a great knowledge of the physical changes that can happen throughout a women’s lifetime during life events such as pregnancy, the postnatal period and through the menopause . Jenifer has the professional skills and experience in how to reduce symptoms that can be experienced at these times, whilst creating a safe space to discuss your concerns, be heard and offer you the support you need.
