We are changing the way we practice in the light of the current situation. Following recent guidance and advice from Public Health England and our professional organisations, we are able to see patients for osteopathic treatment.
However, we are asking that if you or a member of your household has symptoms of Covid-19 such as a new persistent cough, difficulty breathing or a fever, loss of sense of taste or smell, that you do not attend the practice. If you are unsure whether it is appropriate for you to attend an appointment please contact the practice first.
We have modified our practice and workplace in light of what we now know about the Covid-19 virus. We are asking patients to respect social distancing in the waiting areas where possible, and to wash their hands or use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival for their appointment.
You should be aware that osteopathy is a “hands on” treatment, and therefore close personal contact is to be expected. We are taking the all relevant hygiene precautions that we can to minimise any risk to our patients. However, if you are in the vulnerable or shielded group, or live with someone who is, you may wish to discuss your individual circumstances before making an appointment. All patients attending the practice are asked to wear a mask.
To request an appointment please call 01832 272527 and if there is no answer please leave a message on the answerphone. Alternatively you can fill in an Appointment Request Form on the “Contact Page” of this website.
